Glare Safe hoverboard, our UL 2272 Certification as below
This Glare product, including all mechanical and electrical components, moving parts, motors and structural components, with the exception of Light, traction tires are warranted to the original owner-purchaser for a period of half year from the original date of purchase against original defects in materials or workmanship when purchased through a Monster Wheel Authorized Retailer.
This warranty does NOT cover the following:
Normal wear and tear
Defects appearing in the course of commercial use
Damage resulting from abuse/misuse of the product
Transfer of this product by the original owner-purchaser to another person voids this warranty in its entirety. Modification of this product in any way; visually mechanically or electronically, voids the warranty in its entirety.
Any warranted product which is defective in original materials or workmanship and is delivered by the original owner-purchaser (this warranty is non-transferrable) to Glare MUST be accompanied by the original receipt for purchase ( or copy) from an Authorized Glare Retailer, will at the discretion of Glare, be repaired or replaced, without charge for parts or labor. In the event the defective product cannot be repaired, and a suitable replacement is not available, Glare will offer to replace the product with a comparable model (determined by Glare), if available. In the event a comparable model is not available the customer will be refunded the original purchase price(requires proof of purchase from the Authorized Glare Retailer it was originally purchased). Any products on which warranty service is sought must be sent freight or postage prepaid(Glare will refuse any package when postage is due).
Transportation and shipping charges are not covered as part of this warranty.
NOTE: Products that require service that do not have a receipt from an Glare Authorized Retailer will be required to pay for all parts required to repair the product(labor will not incur a charge) providing the product is not older than one years from date of manufacture and is within half year from date of purchase. A copy of the original sales receipt is required.
In no event shall Glare be held liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow the exlusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exlusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to sate.
Instruction for Obtaining Service
If service for this Glare product is required,first call 714-957-2817, or write to Glare service, 2556 S Fairview St Santa Ana CA 92704. Or email. Please have the product UPC number, the date of original purchase, the dealer where the item was purchased and what seems to be the problem. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number to ensure your merchandise will be properly tracked and handled upon receipt at Monster Wheel.
Once you have your Return Authorization (RA) number, make sure the item is packed in its original Styrofoam inner container which is placed inside the original outer display box(this will help prevent damage during shipping an handling). This shipment MUST be prepaid and included a RETURN shipping label, we also recommend that it be insured with the carrier of your choice.
Please make sure you have followed all of the above instructions carefully before retuning any merchandise for service. You may choose to have your product repaired by one of Monster Wheel’s Authorized Service Sations after its warranty has expired. A reasonable service fee should be expected once the product warranty has expired.
You MUST present your DATED SALES RECEIPT when requesting warranty service.
(Q) Doesn’t the Glare Hoverboard already come with warranty?
(A) Yes, Glare Hoverboard comes with a 3 month warranty that covers manufacturer defects. Glare Hoverboard extends this coverage to include accidental damage as well.
(Q) Can I return my board for a full refund?
(A) No, all sales are final.
(Q) I see the price is different than when I purchased mine. Can I receive a refund for the difference?
(A) As with all products, Glare prices are due to change at any time. We are unable to refund the difference in current pricing.

What is the reason for exchange? (example: battery or charging issue, red circle light, wheels out of alignment, not working after crash, sensors not working properly, turns off randomly)
Glare Hoverboard EXCHANGE PROCESS:
Once you have submitted an exchange request, we will process your request within 48 hours.
At this time, we may ask for some additional information from you.
If your exchange request is approved, you will need to send the board to us.This shipment MUST be prepaid and included a RETURN shipping label. (we will provide the address at that time).
If we are able to fix the board then we will have it fixed and returned to you. Please allow 5 days for the repair.
If we are unable to repair the board, we will send you a new board at no cost to you.
